I called back to the office to try to get the TV working and they could never get the TV to work. When I picked up the vehicle the fuel was not full. When I returned the vehicle I put gas in it, but made a mistake and filled the tank. When returning the vehicle I explained the TV did not work and that I put more gas in the tank than I had when I picked up the vehicle. I was told that I would receive a discount for the TV not working and the extra fuel. I called the next working day and left a voicemail regarding the situation and had hope for some type of a discount. I never did receive a return call and certainly did not receive a discount. I will never rent from this location again.
Great experience all around. Rented the Full size luxury Conversion Van and its a great ride. Six captains chairs and a bench plus room for luggage. Can stand up in the back and the TV is great for the kids.
Will definitely use again.

They measure the stress you put on the car based on oil life usage. Using too much will forfeit your hefty deposit. I can't propose a better method to avoid the bad egg drivers but it just had me nervous most of the day regardless of my good driving habits. In the end we were in the expected range after some fun driving.
Great service. Needed a 12 passenger vehicle. Were quite flexible with me as I had a need to lock in a rental vehicle but the duration was a bit up in the air. Provided the ability to drop off after hours and provided a pro-rated daily rate rather than charge for a full days rate as some other rental firms in the market indicated was their policy. Quick easy, timely, efficient pick up and drop off interface.

Great staff. Great cars. Friend and I rented a sports car for the day and had a blast. Car was immaculate. I drive an accord daily so you imagine my smile the first time I accelerated with 475 hp. Ear to ear!!
