In addition to thorough cleaning of teeth and dental examination, both dental hygienist and dentist were very friendly and pleasant. They discussed issues with me, including some problems with my gums, why an old crown needed to be replaced, etc.
I had a couple of questions (around a anti-snoring device), and Deva and Dr. Konz went over and above, in providing assistance. I'm never talked down to (which often happens with Medical professionals), but considered a part of the solutions. Thank you!
I've gone to Schutte & McKnight Dentistry several times and I LOVE it! Everyone is so friendly and I feel genuinely taken care of there. The assistant and Dr. McKnight both remembered me and details about my job and family that I mentioned at my previous visit. Not only is everyone kind, but they provide top quality service, too. After a few lattes too many, I was left with several cavities and they were able to schedule an appointment within a week to take care of the damage. Thank you for such a great dentist experience!

I have been going to this office since I was a teenager, I have never gotten anything less than exceptional service from the dental professionals. Waiting is never a problem, plus even when I've arrived early they always have that nice coffee machine and plenty of magazines to read. The dentists always remember me and are very pleasant when explaining things to you or performing procedures. I live in Minnesota now, but I still go to this office when I visit my parents because they do such a great job.
