Beautiful store, excellent staff!
“Sears” level customer service at “Nordstrom” prices and quality. Happy to pay extra if it means that the business will go the extra mile to keep its customer happy. That’s not what we experienced at Seville Home. After dropping a significant amount of money for 5 items in June, we were shocked to have only 2 of the 5 arrive correctly. One was ordered incorrectly (designer issue) and two were damaged. It’s been over four months since the delivery, and we are still awaiting a solution for one remaining item. Both the designer and manager have been terribly delayed in their responsiveness. No apology. No solution. Nearly no contact. Sorry, Seville, but if you were hoping to inspire a repeat customer, you lost out on this one.
My husband and I were so happy with the service and products we received from Seville Home. Sarah made us feel so at ease and comfortable with the process. She was a no-pressure sales consultant, but was there to answer any and all questions we had. She and Carrie helped us select a beautiful couch and recliner for our living room. The furniture sold here is only the best quality and I know we will have these pieces for a very long time. They worked with us on price and because of their service and flexibility, we will be customers for life. I can't recommend this place enough.
